Explore boxing recordings on guard, footwork, punches, combinations, hand wrapping, shadowboxing, conditioning and reaction practice. Read the collection notes, then browse and play the videos below or open their individual pages.

Collections keep their original source boundaries. Titles identify supplied topics without certifying a presenter, championship status, nationality, image quality, training results or a complete syllabus. Boxing — Fundamentals source collection

A source collection with numbered titles on guard, footwork, punches, hand wrapping, combinations and shadowboxing. Page titles identify supplied topics rather than certifying an instructor, championship status, nationality, image quality or a complete syllabus. Original numbering is retained without inventing a skill progression.

  1. Open Chrome’s menu → Settings → Accessibility → Live Caption and turn it on. On Linux, open Captions under Accessibility first.
  2. Under Manage languages / Add languages, download the video’s spoken language if it is listed. Select that language as the Preferred caption language. Unsupported spoken languages cannot be captioned with this tool.
  3. Play the video with its volume on. Chrome displays detected speech in a movable caption bubble. Drag the bubble to keep the movements visible.
  4. For English translation, turn on Live Translate if it appears in the same settings and choose English under Translate to. Available languages and features depend on your device and Chrome version.

These are automatic browser captions, not subtitles checked by an instructor. Speech, martial arts terms and translations may contain errors.
